Our amazing client in Lansdale, Pa. is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their growing team. Salary up to 65K. This in office position.  No health benefits are provided at this time; however, they do offer PTO, sick time and paid holidays.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is the backbone of our sales operation, ensuring customers receive timely quotes, our sales team has the support needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and has the ability to triage email requests based on urgency, priority, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support Administration

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations for hardware, software, labels, consumables, and professional services

• Track and follow up on open quotations and requests through completion

• Escalate technical support issues to the appropriate resources according to established guidelines

• Assist with inventory inquiries, product sourcing, and special order requests

Internal Coordination

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems

• Participate in Accounting function of generating Professional Services invoices

• Generate quotations for Professional Services projects

• Respond to internal inquiries from Technical Services in adherence to established guidelines

• Administration of vendor and partner portals

• Manage product quality issues and return material authorization issues

Order Entry and Purchasing Redundancy

• Process customer purchase orders and create vendor purchase orders as needed

• Coordinate order fulfillment with vendors and internal departments as needed

• Assist customers with order statuses, shipping information, and product availability

Presales Coordination Redundancy

• Initiate information gathering email to prospective customers

• Enter lead information into CRM and ERP

• Participate in discovery meetings in conjunction with a Sales Representative to provide solutions to customer needs as needed

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience.

• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms is required.

• Experience in distribution, printing, labeling, manufacturing, or technology industries is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
