This 350-bed facility offers detox and residential rehabilitation services to the men and women who are dealing with substance use disorder (SUD) and certain co-occurring disorders.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with experience in the Substance Use Disorders field to join our Medical team.As a valued member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals receiving care within our Medical programs. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients on their journey toward recovery and improved mental wellness.Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses independently or as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Assess patients' physical health and develop individualized treatment plans.Document clinical observations, evaluations, and treatments in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.Promote health and disease prevention through patient education and wellness initiatives.Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and health screenings.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients, families, and colleagues.Address patient concerns effectively while fostering a safe and supportive treatment environment.Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and clinical excellence.QualificationsCompletion of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) program REQUIREDBoard Certified Nurse Practitioner requiredLicensed to practice in the state in which the facility operatesDEA licenseWhy Join Cove Forge?At Cove Forge, you'll become part of a dedicated team committed to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery and improved mental wellness.
