Coastal Virginia Primary Care Opportunity - 1st year compensation over $300k & Low Patients per day

Position Overview

Join a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practicedâ€"without RVU pressure.

We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: $235,000â€"$270,000 (commensurate with experience & location)
Commencement Bonus: $40,000â€"$60,000+ (varies by clinic)
Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary
Full Benefits on Day 1
Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage
Relocation Assistance: Available for moves >50 miles
Early Sign-On Bonus Opportunities
Total 1st Year Compensation: $300K+ (higher with experience & performance)

Role Highlights

Patient Population: Adults 65+ (majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus)
Census: 12â€"15 patients per day
Visit Length: 20â€"40 minutes per visit

Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Geriatric experience preferred
HEDIS experience a plus
Value-Based Care experience preferredâ€"but not required; training provided
