Golden Valley Electric Association (GVEA) is looking for an energetic individual as our Healy Clerical Assistant as part of the Power Supply Team Coal Power Plants located in Healy, AK. This full-time position earns a competitive starting wage of $24.90 hourly. We offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes a Defined Pension, 401(k) match, Health insurance, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, Annual Leave, Wellness Program (including fitness reimbursements), and Tuition Reimbursements.
A day in the life of a Healy Clerical Assistant can look like:
Use organizational skills to organize and maintain the Healy Plant Library; includes all drawings and documentation. Apply excellent customer services skills to perform reception duties including answering phones and greeting visitors. Support Healy Administrative Assistant in all facets of Plant administrative duties.
Eligibility
- High school diploma or the equivalent required.
- Valid Alaska drivers' license.
- Minimum of three years experience in a related position.
