Senior Creative Manager - Associate Creative Director

Partner with the Director of Brand Experience to shape Walmart's creative vision across stores, digital, and emerging customer touchpoints Lead multidisciplinary creative from concept through execution Translate brand strategy into scalable customer experiences Inspire exceptional work through creative direction, mentorship, and collaboration Build strong cross-functional partnerships Champion design excellence and elevate creative quality Guide teams through ambiguity with clarity and optimism Identify opportunities to innovate and improve processes Strengthen the Walmart brand through emerging trends and evolving creative systems Deliver thoughtful, customer-centered solutions balancing strategic vision with operational excellence Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field, or 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field 8+ years leading brand, retail, advertising, experiential, or integrated design Proven leadership experience managing creative teams and delivering multiple projects successfully Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and design systems Ability to interpret and apply creative briefs aligned with marketing and customer experience goals Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous improvement and learning Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Expertise in branding, typography, illustration, visual systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading creative teams and delivering innovative brand experiences across various platforms.
