Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Warmly greet patients and families upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients of all ages, optimizing clinic flow. Verify dental insurance eligibility and clearly explain treatment plans and financial options. Handle all aspects of patient billing, payments, and maintain accurate patient records. Effectively communicate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient journey. Maintain a pristine and organized front office environment. Salary Range full-time $25 - $30 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed. Requirements Minimum one year of previous dental front office experience. Proficiency in dental insurance verification and processing. Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and multitasking skills. A caring, family-focused attitude and a professional demeanor. Dependable, detail-oriented, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Demonstrable experience thriving in a private practice setting. Preferences Dentrix Familiarity with Dentrix scheduling software.
