Be the Heart of a Friendly, Tech-Savvy Dental Office! Hourly Rate: $16–$25, based on experience. Schedule: Work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and two Saturdays per month. Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Job Responsibilities: - Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude to create a welcoming front office experience. - Schedule appointments, manage recalls, and handle phone inquiries with efficiency and clarity. - Verify insurance information, collect payments, and accurately enter patient data into the system. - Maintain up-to-date and organized patient records using dental software such as Open Dental. - Communicate with the clinical team to support smooth patient flow and scheduling coordination. - Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, ordering office supplies, and responding to emails. Preferences Open Dental - Experience: Experience in a dental or medical front office is preferred but not required. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental and Dental Intelligence is a plus.
