Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4 PM (Occasional OT)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Procurement or supply chain certifications are a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of procurement, purchasing, inventory control, customer service, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems, inventory management software, or purchasing platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with vendors, suppliers, purchase orders, and inventory replenishment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resolve problems proactively.
• Basic math and analytical skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
• Frequent computer use and data entry.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in manufacturing and warehouse environments while following required safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Job Duties

• Manage purchasing activities to ensure materials and inventory are available to meet customer demands.
• Review inventory forecasts, replenishment recommendations, and stock levels.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track order status, expedite shipments, and communicate updates to customers.
• Resolve supplier performance, quality, and delivery issues.
• Support inventory accuracy, returns processing, excess inventory reduction, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Generate reports, maintain records, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams while maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
