AV Installation and Maintenance Technician

Position Summary AV Installation and Maintenance Tech is a highly detail-oriented role responsible for installing and repairing audio, visual, atmospheric, and lighting elements in all TC Restaurant Group venues. The role supports day‑to‑day maintenance of sound, lights, video, atmospheric, and backline equipment required for all music performances and events at TC Restaurant Group properties, ensuring the highest quality maintenance for the venues. The technician will work efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Essential Functions Maintain and install light, sound, and atmospheric equipment Communicate with the Production Director regarding equipment issues Act as primary point of contact for onsite equipment maintenance Coordinate repair and offsite maintenance with HWP Report incorrect usage of gear and equipment to the Production Director Maintain all A/V elements and keep the storage rooms clean and organized Notify about any issues with entertainment or performers Turn on music feed for all venues upon first arrival in the morning Monitor dining room level audio when requested or needed Assist with correct TV screen images, logos, visuals, and channel changes if needed Communicate A/V situations and status to AV Engineering department directors Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and communicate properly to guests Adhere to all TC Restaurant Group SOPs Report incidents of theft, vandalism, violations, or guest complaints/incidents Perform other job‑related duties as assigned Leadership Qualities Accountability Adherence to Policy Appearance Attitude Dependability Development Guest satisfaction Job skills knowledge Judgment Productivity Punctuality Quality of work Teamwork Working relationships Written and Verbal communication Working Knowledge / Education / Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Proof of eligibility to work in the United States 18+ years of age Working knowledge of music, acoustics, stage lighting, and video engineering required Maintain a professional, neat, and well‑groomed appearance adhering to company standards Work may include indoor and/or outdoor areas and may involve high or low temperatures Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. access Tasks performed from a non‑sitting and sitting position Constant contact with guests and fellow team members required Schedule could exceed 30 hours per week and may include overtime when approved by management Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Exposure to day/nightlife environmental factors including second‑hand smoke, excessive noise, flashing/strobe lights, and stress related to fast‑paced guest interactions TC Restaurant Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr TC Restaurant Group
