Come, stay, and grow with us.What Drives SuccessLocation: Richardson, TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday)You will work alongside our global team of Product Owners, Business Solution Architects and Developers to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.Design and DevelopmentHands-on coding to deliver user stories, optimize and refactor code to improve performance End to end solutions within SAP Commerce (Hybris) platformLead technical code review to ensure standards and requirements are met Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and API documentation. Create custom skills to automate repetitive tasks and document to maintain and share context with the rest of the team and improve governance using Claude AI or similar Troubleshoot complex production issues (memory leaks, thread dumps) and optimize backend services. Participate in enterprise level technical design review. Release ManagementTake ownership of release cycles including running scrum ceremonies Documenting and getting the change approved to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and oversee automated testing frameworks. CollaborationCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to translate business objectives into an executable plan. Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive and efficient user experiences Guide and mentor a team of backend developers in Java/Spring best practice, code quality, and Hybris-specific development standards. What We Are Looking For8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degreeA minimum of 5 years of hand on development experience within SAP Commerce cloud (Hybris) platform, Strong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts, exposure to Configure to Order, Engineer to Order process.Hands on technical skills with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and SAP CPQ that will be utilized to define technical architecture.Solid understanding of Headless Architecture using Spartacus (SAP Composable Storefront) or ReactJS based front end and OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIsDeep proficiency in Java (J2EE) and the Spring Framework (Spring Core, MVC, Security, Integration).Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitaskStrong experience in Solutioning for complex projects and background in mid to large-scale B2B SAP Commerce implementationsThe ability to analyze complex problems, identify patterns, and develop innovative solutionsExperience with SAP CPQ (Configure Price Quote) module preferred.Required Skills /Qualifications8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree A minimum of 5 years of hand on development experience within SAP Commerce cloud (Hybris) platformStrong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts, exposure to Configure to Order, Engineer to Order process.Hands on technical skills with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)Solid understanding of Headless Architecture using Spartacus (SAP Composable Storefront) or ReactJS based front end and OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs Deep proficiency in Java (J2EE) and the Spring Framework (Spring Core, MVC, Security, Integration). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $113,000 - $148,050 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
