Registered Nurse Coordinator Surgical Specialties - Operating Room - Days

Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 – $62.70. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator Location Glenbrook Hospital Employment Type Full time Schedule Hours: 6a – 2:30p, 5 days per week OR 6:30 – 4:30, 4 days per week (Mon – Fri). What you will do Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in the designated surgical specialties. Coordinates department throughput, efficiencies, resources, and staffing. Secures, procures, and maintains supplies, equipment, and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care. Coordinates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicates with all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas. What you will need Education: BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program. Degree must be acquired within 24 months of hire from an accredited nursing program. Certification/License: IL RN License. CPR BLS issued by the American Heart Association. Experience in the operating room setting. Team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking, and effective communication skills. Must demonstrate competency in the care of all patient age groups specific to the specialty.
