BAE Systems Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISR) business area is seeking a Program Quality Manager in the Adaptive Communications & Sensing Product Line. Our Quality Management team plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our C4ISR Systems, which are used by military and government agencies around the world. Responsibilities:

• Lead quality engineering efforts to develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards for C4ISR programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Supervise and develop a team of quality engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, including AS9100
• Analyze and resolve complex quality issues, and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree and 8-10+ years of engineering/technical experience or 10-12+ years of engineering/technical experience in lieu of degree
• Proven leadership experience as a manager, supervisor, or mentor
• Communication in a clear, concise and professional manner with multiple customers in different organizations, functions and the US Government
• Interpersonal communication in verbal and written formats
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including word, excel, power point
• Ability to learn BAE Systems software and data management programs
• Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplined team with appropriate urgency
• Ability to work independently with little to no oversight
• Producting high quality work in a face paced, dynamic work environment
• Root Cause/Corrective Action expertise
• Customer Requirements and flow down into program execution and tasking

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $122400 - $208080 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
