We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Senior Credit Analyst to join our dynamic Accounting + Finance team. Responsibilities Conduct detailed credit analyses of potential customers, including reviewing financial statements, credit history, and market conditions. Prepare credit reviews and risk assessments to make recommendations on credit limits and terms. Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, including periodic reviews of existing customers. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve credit issues. Develop and maintain credit policies and procedures in line with company strategy. Use Salesforce to track customer information and credit history. Assist in the preparation of management reports, including credit risk trends and portfolio performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to credit risk. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification will be considered an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field. Proficiency in Salesforce and strong knowledge of financial review principles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to management. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of industry trends and credit‑related regulations. Proven decision‑making skills with the ability to weigh the risks and benefits of credit decisions.
