Experienced Leasing Agent in Fort Worth
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth. This role is crucial as we continue to grow in the competitive real estate market, providing a friendly and professional experience for our clients. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in showcasing properties, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth leasing process.
Responsibilities
- Show and demonstrate properties to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units.
- Conduct thorough background checks and screening of potential tenants.
- Prepare lease documents and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of property availability and tenant communication.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes with tenants to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and cultivate positive relationships.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide informed advice.
- Assist with property management tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or similar role in property management.
- Strong understanding of leasing and real estate regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma; additional certification in real estate is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as necessary.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
