Location Wexford Village at Devonshire Apartments 98 Devonshire Drive Scott Depot, WV 25560 Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities Painting both interior and exterior applications Drywall repair Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy Cleaning of public access and interior areas Upkeep with property tidiness and curb appeal Other duties and special projects as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years' experience in painting and drywall experience Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Benefits and Compensation Pay up to $20.00-$25.00 hourly Quarterly Bonus up to $750.00 Tuition reimbursement program Power tool and Tool reimbursement program Paid Time Off Holiday Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Housing Discounts A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monarch Investment And Management Group
