Senior Private Banker

Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients Help uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients Offer appropriate solutions and connect clients to specialists Deepen client relationships through platform services Support clients with self‑service or transactional activities Provide exceptional client care Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow‑up routines Requirements Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented and client‑centric environment Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients’ financial lives Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances Is a commissioned notary or can successfully obtain a notary commission in the state where one works within a few months of start date in role Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or a related field (desired qualification) Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on identifying and providing tailored financial solutions.
