Key Responsibilities Design and produce visually compelling marketing materials including brochures, one‑pagers, pitch decks, infographics, and event collateral. Develop and refine website graphics, icons, banners, UI elements, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines. Support iterative design updates for ongoing marketing campaigns and product branding. Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to translate requirements into effective visual solutions. Ensure all deliverables are optimized for both digital and print formats. Maintain consistency with established brand identity, color palettes, typography, and design patterns. Required Qualifications Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating commercial marketing work. Experience designing graphics for websites (Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or similar tools). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent professional design tools. Ability to interpret technical or complex concepts and convey them visually with clarity and impact. Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Comfort working independently in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting technology‑focused companies. Familiarity with motion graphics or simple video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere). Experience developing icons, diagrams, and graphics for web‑based platforms and SaaS products. Work Structure & Compensation Hourly position (no minimum weekly hours guaranteed). Flexible work schedule; assignments provided on a project‑by‑project basis.
