The role is primarily a sales position with an emphasis on customer service, meeting goals and achieving results. Pay & Location $18.00 per hour. The position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver’s license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility. Responsibilities Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease files. Ensure accurate data entry and tracking within property management software. Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to all email leads, conduct tours of scheduled and walk‑in traffic, follow up with all traffic, and record all activity into the Management Information System (e.g. Yardi). Conduct property tours (in‑person, virtual, and self‑guided), highlighting community features, amenities, and available homes. Assess prospect needs and recommend appropriate floor plans and options. Explain pricing, availability, lease terms, specials, and application requirements. Guide prospects through the application, waitlist, and move‑in process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain show‑ready homes, ensuring ‘rent‑ready’ property (interior and exterior) is presentable at all times with particular attention to the five senses. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of leasing office, tour routes, and model units. Uphold Fair Housing laws, ADA regulations, company policies, and professionalism standards, and participate in ongoing training to maintain compliance and improve performance. Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent. Less than 1 year of relevant work experience. 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or hospitality related experience. Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks and work under pressure. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Experience with computer systems incl. Microsoft Office Suite. A Real ID compliant driver’s license/ID required for access to the federal facility. Preferred Qualifications National Apartment Leasing Professional certification. Property management experience. Familiarity with property management platforms. Knowledge of fair housing laws.
