Our client is looking for a Business Analyst project in Louisville, Kentucky below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience working within Military Healthcare, TRICARE, Veterans Affairs, or Federal Healthcare programs.
- Deep understanding of military payer operations, healthcare benefits administration, member enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, and care management.
- Good Experience translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and leadership teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis best practices.
- Good Experience supporting TRICARE Managed Care Support Contracts (MCSC), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) programs.
- You should Knowledge of healthcare claims adjudication, utilization management, population health, care coordination, and provider network operations.
- Must be Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR and HL7.
- Good Experience with healthcare transformation, digital modernization, data governance, or enterprise platform implementation programs.
