The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience. Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner. Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, follow proper sanitation guidelines. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures. Record all waste. Participatein the set upand breakdown of the assigned locations. Help work in the back ofhousetoprepfood duringevents. Perform clean-up duties tomaintainthe quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment. Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system andinformsguests of the amounts owed. Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards ordeterminethe correct change for guests. Account for all transactions. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical requirements Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.
