The ideal candidate will embrace our mission and provide skilled nursing care while coordinating the overall care plan for hospice patients and their families.Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN and LPN license.Experience: Minimum of two years of LPN and RN experience required.
