Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support they need. Your role is critical in fostering effective communication within the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
