Compensation: $120,000$140,000 base + commission | Total comp $150,000$200,000+
Overview
Seeking an experienced sales leader in the industrial sector to drive business growth in the Naperville area. This position focuses on expanding market share and developing new customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Manage and expand territory accounts within the industrial sector
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships

- Maximize revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports for management review
- Attend industry events and represent the company to build brand awareness
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in industrial sales, preferably in the process industry
- Experience working in industrial environments and understanding of technical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
