We have support systems in place through EAPs, open door managers, and the opportunity to attend (and be paid for attending!) monthly support meetings hosted by our Bereavement Manager, if desired. As a Hospice Admissions RN This is a full-time opportunity: work four 10-hour shifts (10am – 8pm) per week (including every other weekend) salaried as a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with full-time benefits Visits on weekdays are mostly focused on hospital informational sessions and admissions. Visits on the weekend include patient visits and/or admissions in the community and in hospitals. Skills To Be Successful Flexibility, resiliency, and adaptability Self-directed and autonomous Ability to prioritize Organized Comfort with navigating various technologies and computer applications Team player mentality Education And Experience RN licensure in Michigan At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred Passion for hospice nursing #J-18808-Ljbffr Holland Home
