We build exceptional real estate in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.

\n

Mymon Equities acquires, renovates, and develops properties across these three boroughs. We’ve built our own lead systems to uncover off-market opportunities before they reach the market. Then we do the work that creates real value: high-end luxury renovations, thoughtful design, and ground-up development.

We believe in technology. We’re integrating AI and modern tools into every part of the business, from how we find deals to how we run our projects and market our work, because that’s how a great company gets even better.

Now we’re looking for one person who shares that passion to help us build the company. You’ll work directly with the owner, sit at the center of every deal, and see projects through from the first offer to the finished product.

What you’ll do

\n
• Keep the company organized: deal files, offers, LOIs, contracts, invoices, expenses, vendors, and payments
\n
• Track every deal in progress and keep attorneys, contractors, and partners moving
\n
• Own our marketing: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, our website, and later direct mail and text campaigns
\n
• Create professional brochures, templates, and presentations that make us look as good as the work we do
\n
• Prepare and present the team’s weekly numbers at our office meeting
\n
• Help with renovation projects, including choosing finishes, fixtures, and materials
\n
• Handle tenant requests and run the office day to day

Who you are

• You love real estate: the buildings, the neighborhoods, the deals
\n
• You’re extremely organized and detail-oriented. Nothing falls through the cracks with you
\n
• You understand marketing and have a good eye for design
\n
• You’re excited by technology and AI, and quick to learn new tools
\n
• You take ownership and want to grow with a company, not just hold a job
\n
• Real estate experience is a plus. Drive and attitude matter more
\n

What we offer

• $70,000 base salary
\n
• A bonus on every deal that closes (we average 50–55 closed transactions a year)
\n
• Direct mentorship from the owner and real exposure to acquisitions, development, and brokerage

In-office, Williamsburg, Brooklyn · Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
