Sailpoint Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with 7–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in application onboarding, identity governance, access lifecycle management, and automation using SailPoint ISC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application onboarding and integration activities within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Design, configure, and support identity lifecycle management, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance workflows.
• Configure and manage Sources, Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, Lifecycle States, Certifications, and Access Requests.
• Develop and implement automated identity governance solutions using SailPoint ISC Workflows, AI capabilities, and intelligent automation.
• Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, Web Services, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and other supported connectors.
• Partner with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application onboarding, provisioning, aggregation, correlation, certifications, and access governance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and optimization of application onboarding processes.
• Utilize GitLab SaaS for source code management, version control, CI/CD deployment, and release management.
• Support compliance and audit requirements by implementing effective access controls, governance policies, and certification programs.
• Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic IAM transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and support to project teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow.
• Proven experience in application onboarding, customization, and integration within SailPoint ISC.

• Working knowledge of GitLab SaaS, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate directly with customers, application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
