Own the Front Desk: Be the welcoming face for incoming buyers, vendors, and guests, directing inquiries to the right team members instantly.

Fuel the Sales Engine: Handle vehicle paperworkprocessing lease returns, invoices, stock tags, and new inventory data.

Keep Systems Tight: Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all records, spreadsheets, and compliance audits meet tight deadlines.

Master Communications: Manage high-volume incoming phone lines, route messages accurately, and keep overall dealership communication flowing seamlessly.

Warm, approachable, calm under pressure, and professionaleven during peak dealership hours.

High attention to detail with sharp organizational and multitasking skills.

Comfortable with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, data entry systems, or dealership management software).

High school diploma (or equivalent). Background in customer service, administrative support, or dealership operations is a major plus!
