Supply Chain Director

To drive strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier performance, the full-time salaried Supply Chain Director will develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend categories while ensuring supplier quality and material productivity in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement enterprise sourcing and category management strategies to support business growth and risk mitigation Lead supplier performance management initiatives, including establishing supplier scorecards and continuous improvement processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supplier relationship management and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership within manufacturing environments Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple business units or product lines Strong understanding of supplier quality systems and risk management processes Virtual Vocations Inc
