Salary: USD23 - USD25 per hour Our client, a professional association is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Arlington, Virginia. About The Job Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing support via phone, email, and chat Respond to a high volume of Tier 1 and Tier 2 client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner Become a subject matter expert on the organization's products, programs, and services Accurately document client interactions within CRM and customer management systems Troubleshoot routine issues, follow up on escalations, and ensure client satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve the client experience Maintain quality standards while contributing to departmental initiatives About You High school diploma required; additional education preferred 2+ years of customer service, contact center, or client support experience preferred Strong client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving, organizational, and relationship management skills Experience with CRM/customer management systems and Microsoft Office Association, trade organization, or nonprofit experience preferred About The Position Start Date: ASAP! $23-$25/hr Temporary assignment, approximately 5-6 months with potential extensions Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite per week (3 days during initial training) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Metro Accessible! #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
