Job type: Full-time
- Assist in the removal of old roofing materials and debris
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
- Support roofers with the installation of commercial roofing systems
- Operate hand tools and small equipment as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
- Prior construction or roofing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops for extended periods
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Outdoor job sites in varying weather conditions
- Physically demanding tasks involving lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for long periods
- Travel to different job sites as required
