Insight Global is seeking a Benefits Administrator in Miami, FL, with a hybrid schedule after 90 days. You will manage day-to-day benefits administration including enrollments, life events, open enrollment, COBRA, and employee inquiries. The role also covers Leave of Absence programs, HRIS data maintenance, PTO, and I-9/E-Verify processes. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in benefits administration or HR, experience with health/dental/vision/Life/Disability/401(k) benefits, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
