Remote Healthcare Interoperability Project Manager

Aledade is seeking a subject matter expert in HL7, 837, and CCDA interfaces to manage the delivery of interface projects across partner practices. You will lead planning, discovery, connectivity, data delivery, and live deployment of interfaces to enable access to Claims, Scheduling, and Clinical data within our population health platform. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, own risk management, and drive timely project execution while solving complex interoperability #J-18808-Ljbffr Aledade
