Epic Ambulatory Project Manager

To support healthcare transformation, the temporary remote Epic Ambulatory Project Manager will lead and deliver Epic Ambulatory implementation, optimization, and support projects, serving as the liaison between clinical operations, IT, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead Epic Ambulatory implementation and optimization projects, managing project scope, budget, and timelines Coordinate build, testing, training, and deployment activities, ensuring successful integration across physician practices Build relationships with stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and facilitating decision-making processes Required Qualifications Proven experience in project management, particularly with Epic Ambulatory systems Strong understanding of clinical operations and healthcare workflows Experience in risk management and stakeholder communication Ability to develop detailed project plans and manage budgets effectively Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards in healthcare projects
