DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking an Epic Training & Implementation Manager in New York, NY.Overview:We are seeking an experienced healthcare technology leader to support the planning, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise-wide Epic training and EHR initiatives. This role will serve as a key partner to operational and clinical leadership, helping drive successful system implementations, training strategies, process improvements, and organizational change management efforts.The ideal candidate combines Epic training expertise, project leadership experience, and a strong understanding of healthcare operations to ensure effective adoption of technology solutions across the organization.Responsibilities:* Lead Epic training and EHR implementation initiatives* Develop and deliver training programs for end users* Manage projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support* Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve workflows and system adoption* Analyze processes and recommend operational improvements* Support compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement effortsRequirements* 5+ years of Epic training experience* Epic certification (MST, TED 300, or other Epic certifications)* Experience with full-cycle EHR implementations and support* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills* Experience driving training, adoption, and change management initiatives* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesJob TypeContractCompensation77 - $82
