Shifts 1st: Mon-Fri, 7a-3:30p, Mon-Fri 2nd: Mon-Fri, 3p-11:30p, Mon-Fri ($1.75 shift premium) 3rd: Sun-Thurs, 11p-7:30a, Mon-Fri ($1.50 shift premium) Attendance Bonus: $0.60 on top of hourly wage This is a temp-to-hire position offering great benefits upon hire, including [mention specific benefits if known, e.g., health insurance, paid time off, 401k]. You will also have the opportunity to earn more with available overtime. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for the machining, processing, and assembly of critical automotive components, specifically Oil Pumps, Water Pumps, and Accum Bodies. Your work will directly contribute to the supply chain of major automobile manufacturers. Responsibilities - Sub-assemble components accurately using hand tools and air-guns.

• Operate production line equipment efficiently while adhering to all quality guidelines and maintaining production quotas.
• Precisely set parts in jigs and utilize robotic assistance to affix components.
• Conduct thorough quality checks during and after assembly to ensure the integrity of all parts.
• Strictly follow all instructions and procedures outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Safely move products between different process areas using hand carts and dollies.
• Respond to and reset alarms on equipment and make minor CNC program adjustments as needed.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Carefully sort finished goods to guarantee only high-quality parts are shipped to our customers.
• Interact professionally and respectfully with co-workers and outside vendors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Actively seek opportunities to improve existing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Proactively promote a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Communicate effectively with other Associates and Shift Team Leaders regarding any quality or production issues.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Skills - Understanding of basic quality control tools and concepts.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to read and understand written directions and instructions.
• Ability to listen attentively and follow verbal instructions accurately.

Education: High School Experience: 0-1 years Qualifications - Ability to bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the workday.

• Ability to perform repetitive arm and hand movements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand on concrete flooring for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed.
• Ability to withstand working in temperatures of up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
