Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with patients to foster a safe environment. Conduct assessments to identify mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, focusing on measurable outcomes. Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions to support clients in their therapeutic journey. Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. Actively consult with clients on stress management, coping strategies, and symptom management techniques. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, including making referrals to specialists when appropriate. Patient Population / Client Focus In this position, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications Currently holds a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Colorado. Possesses a Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in addiction therapy preferably with a relevant certification. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Exceptional therapeutic skills with a strong ability to motivate and empower clients. Outstanding communication skills with a collaborative mindset conducive to a team-oriented environment. Preferred Experience Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency. Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices in virtual counseling. Background in crisis intervention and emergency response in a clinical setting. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
