Associate, Corporate Strategy

Job Overview The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud business units to keep the company on a trajectory of fast growth. The role will support senior executives across the business, helping shape key strategic decisions and providing a window into their decision‑making processes. Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and assess the impact of technological trends such as Generative AI.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and determine Adobe’s future strategic positioning.
• Craft perspectives on market adjacencies and recommend strategies to pursue (build, buy, or partner).
• Drive projects and cross‑functional initiatives designed to accelerate Adobe's long‑term growth.
• Collaborate with a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing.

Qualifications 2‑4 years of experience at a management consulting firm or in an equivalent corporate strategy group. Experience operating in a digital/consumer‑internet or SaaS environment; prior knowledge of digital marketing or digital advertising highly desired. Proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong presence before senior executives. Creative problem solver with a bias for action.
