If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a [[Configuration Advisor]] to join our team in Remote, New York (US-NY), [[Romania]].*NOTE* If you are open to Remote/ Work from Home please just indicate Country.Brief Description of RoleThe purpose of this role is to support and maintain JAMF infrastructure including performing functions like Patching\Deployment and packaging.Position's General Duties and Tasks:JAMF/Casper Suite Knowledge is a must Creation, Support, Implementation, and Management of Mac OSX configurations In-depth understanding of User Enrollment/DEP Packaging experience for Mac using BASH. Create packages in PKG and DMG format using Composer. Hardware & Platform Independent Images using Mac Technology. Managing FileVault encryption and app restrictions. JAMF Creation, Support & Implementation for Mac Imaging. Replication of Distribution Points/SMB Shares. Mac Management following the standard process. Documentation creation for JAMF processes. Running Reports using Custom Queries. Advanced understanding of Policy Management and Policy creation. Develop Custom Mac policies as per the client’s requirement. Incident Management, Tracking and Solution JAMF Administrator Support including Server Management and Upgrades Lead MaaS (Mac as a Service) delivery as the administrator/lead Mac Management support for 3rd level outage issues Recommend driver management best practices Incident Management, Tracking & Solution for any issues related to the Engineered Solution Provide recommendations for automation and modern endpoint management approaches QualificationsMust have Skills:Advance knowledge on JAMF\Casper suiteMac Imaging, patching, packaging and deploymentDemonstrates advanced knowledge of JAMF/Casper Admin Suite server administration to include AD, domains, policies etc. In-depth knowledge of MacOSX management principles and best practices. List Secondary Skill and years of experience (If resource/candidate is not having this will be difficult but not impossible) Please indicate 1 skillset here.
