What You Will Do Under the general supervision from a Food Service Administrator, perform line supervisory duties for a food service unit within the Food Service Department. FLSA: Non-Exempt Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years (36 months) of food service work experience in an institutional or commercial setting. Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory ability and experience. Ability to pass food handlers examination. Knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures and possession of Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Management Sanitation Certificate.
