How You Will Make a Difference Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures. What You Need to Make a Difference Possess an active RN license in the state of residence. Hold current CPR certification. Be customer‑service oriented and able to work well under pressure. Have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity. Demonstrate excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
