We are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to join their Renewables Division. This is a long-term traveling position managing large-scale utility projects from the field to the grid. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, financial performance, and execution of complex electrical construction projects (solar, battery storage, substations, EV charging, microgrids).

• Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, cost accounting, productivity tracking, and reporting to ensure optimal profitability and timeline adherence.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing project team and field crew.

• Successfully manage union workforces, applying thorough knowledge of labor rate calculations and collective bargaining agreements.
