Primavera P6 Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Development & Baselines: Develop and maintain project schedules, establish approved schedule baselines, and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines.
Progress Tracking & Analysis: Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, variance analysis, and monitor project schedules to ensure the timely completion of activities and milestones.
Reporting & Metrics: Develop and maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to clearly communicate project status and trends.
Risk Management & Recovery: Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and collaborate with project teams to develop effective recovery strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to relevant departments and stakeholders while coordinating closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions to maintain alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects.
Software Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with Primavera P6 .
Specialized Skills: Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), alongside a solid understanding of construction planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls.
Preferred Background: Experience in utilities and/or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects strongly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside cross-functional project teams.

Work Location & Schedule

Preference: Local candidates preferred.
Format: Hybrid work schedule-3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
