Production Planner I

Our client, a leading media production organization, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Studio Manager to join their team. As a Production Studio Manager, you will be supporting the studio operations at a state-of-the-art facility in New York. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Studio Manager Location: New York, NY Pay Range: $29/hr What's the Job? Oversee all studio bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and conflict resolution. Manage communication with clients and internal teams, providing timely updates and ensuring a seamless production experience. Lead and coordinate the production support team, including daily task management and staffing schedules. Maintain and oversee studio equipment, ensuring all assets are properly maintained, repaired, and upgraded as needed. Handle financial administration related to studio operations, including tracking expenses and managing budgets up to $225K. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in studio management or a similar role within the media production industry. Strong understanding of production workflows, equipment, and terminology. Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights for operational improvements. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What's in it for me?
