OUR MISSION “We take exceptional care of our people, and our people take exceptional care of our patients.” WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Assist doctors during dental procedures while helping patients feel calm and comfortable • Set up treatment rooms and prepare instruments and materials • Learn and use modern dental technology and software systems like Dentrix • Take dental X-rays (if certified) • Help educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care • Keep instruments sterilized and maintain infection control standards • Support a positive, upbeat, team-focused clinic culture • Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Great communication and people skills • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person • Team-oriented mindset and passion for helping others PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and assisting during procedures • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting WHY FIRST CHOICE DENTAL?
