Role Overview As a Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant (Multi‑Site Sales & Marketing Associate), you will convert leads into community tours, conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community, build brand loyalty, generate awareness and excitement via social media, and work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home. Primary Responsibilities Convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases Build brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar Generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week What You Bring to Us A customer‑focused mentality Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content A sharp professional appearance Sales aptitude Competence with various software, apps and computer programs A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicable Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation.
