An established, high-volume casual dining brand is seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers to lead FOH and BOH operations in Palm Desert . If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and growing your career with a stable organization offering a clear path to General Manager, we'd like to hear from you!

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume casual dining environment (managing both FOH and BOH operations).
- Experience reading P&Ls, controlling labor/food costs, and building hourly employee schedules.
- A leadership style focused on coaching, developing talent, and keeping team morale high on busy shifts.
- No relocation assistance available.
