Welcome to Windham Mountain Club!

Work Location: In-person role based in Windham, NY.

Seasonal Position: This part time role is available for the winter season.

Pay: $18-$20 per hour based on experience

Anticipated Start Dates: The Beginning of November

Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Conditions: Must be able to get to a from work in all weather conditions. This is an indoor position.

Overview of Position:

The Spa & Gym Front Desk Associate serves as an ambassador for our luxury wellness experience, welcoming members and guests to our world-class spa and fitness facilities. This role is responsible for creating a seamless and personalized experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, service-driven, and committed to exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and manage reservations.
• Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Process retail and service transactions.
• Recommend spa products, services, and amenities.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with laundry, treatment room preparation, and facility cleanliness.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold luxury service standards.
• Support daily operations and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, spa, fitness, or reception experience preferred.
• Experience with booking or spa software is a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for hospitality, wellness, and guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and mobile devices.
