Job Description

A well-established homebuilding organization is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to support a new weekend customer contact department. In this high-volume role, you will answer inbound calls, assist prospective customers, provide information, and help schedule appointments for the sales team. Representatives will follow established scripts and procedures, with the Call Center Manager on-site throughout both weekend shifts to provide direction and support. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced phone environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls using approved scripts and procedures
• Assist prospective customers with questions and provide clear, professional information
• Schedule appointments and route qualified customer inquiries to the appropriate sales representatives
• Document customer interactions, leads, and follow-up information accurately in company systems
• Escalate customer concerns or situations requiring additional assistance to the Call Center Manager or appropriate team member

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills
• Ability to professionally manage a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document information accurately while speaking with customers
• Comfortable following established scripts, procedures, and escalation guidelines
• Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Previous customer service, call center, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems preferred

The base pay range for this position is $25–$30 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
