Physician - Non-invasive Cardiology (Princeton)

Job Overview The WVU School of Medicine and the WVU Heart & Vascular Institute are seeking non‑invasive cardiologists (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor) for faculty positions in Princeton, WV. Candidates may also provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia, with expected travel to fulfill duties at these additional sites. Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care in a variety of settings, including critical access hospitals, community sites, regional, and academic medical centers. Actively involved in teaching medical students, internal medicine residents, and cardiology fellows. Engage in clinical research and contribute to scientific advancement. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, interventional cardiologists, radiologists, vascular specialists, and other physicians. Qualifications MD or DO degree, or foreign equivalent, with eligibility for a state medical license. Board certified in internal medicine and board certified or eligible in cardiovascular disease. Additional certification or intent to certify in imaging modalities such as echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and/or MRI. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
