Receptionist

Be the welcoming face of our patient experience! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to support our CT Imaging, Ultrasound, and Treatment departments. In this role, you'll help patients navigate their care journey by coordinating appointments, managing registrations, verifying insurance, and providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and providers with professionalism and compassion.
• Schedule appointments for CT Imaging, Ultrasound, and Treatment services.
• Verify insurance eligibility, referrals, and authorizations.
• Register patients and maintain accurate information in the EMR system.
• Collect co-pays and process patient payments.
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate appointment updates.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
• Insurance verification experience

Preferred:

• Experience scheduling imaging services (CT and Ultrasound)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing
• Experience in a multi-specialty clinic environment
• Bilingual skills a plus
